Lulanglinhai is 3700 meters high, located along the Sichuan and Tibetan road, 80 kilometers away from Bayi county, inside the deep forest and mountains. It is a typical long plateau and mountain meadow terrain, about 15 kilometers long, 1 kilometers wide at the average. Lulanglinhai is comprised by the bushes, spruces, cypresses on the two sides of the mountains from low to high elevation. The middle part is the neat meadow, like trimmed artificially. There are streams flowing smoothly on the meadow and varied flowers such as Primula, Aster flowers, Grass plum flowers, Pedicularis flowers blossoming. The wooden fence, wooden house, wooden bridge in the scattered villages forms a serene and beautiful “living in the mountain picture”. In summer, breeze blows up golden wheat; in autumn, except the cypresses at the waist of Lulanglinhai are not yellow and not green; the leaves of the cypresses on the two sides are turning from green to yellow, yellow to red, just like the red clouds in the sky. Looking afar, white clouds flying in the blue sky, sometimes like the speeding horses, sometimes like the yaks walking on the plateau.

Faraway, there are snow-white and thick cotton covered the naked mountains. There is green meadow coving on the hills, Tibetan residents are living on the meadow, on which cattle and sheep are living leisurely, they chew the delicious grass, playing and chasing. The clouds and snow mountains , forests , and fields are formed as a fantastic picture.
