Xiling snow mountain scenic area is located in Dayi, west of Chengdu, with a total area of 483 square meters. The highest peak Miaojiling with an altitude 5364 meters, with snow all year around. The famous poet Dufu in Tang dynasty wrote a famous sentence ”you can see snow in Xiling all year around from the window ” when he lived at Thatched cottage in Chengdu. Exuberant forest , snow mountains, grotesque peaks and rare flowers and trees , precious animals, steeping valleys , all of which makes it as national scenic area.

Xiling snow mountain scenic area is on the basis of original forest which can be visited all year around. In spring you can see varied flowers, falls in summer, red leaves in autumn, snow in winter. The most attractive scene is the alpine vertical four season sceneries. It is abundant in water resources in the area with the most beautiful sceneries such as Nine falls One line heaven, Five colored falls, Leopard shouting springs. Among the ten scenic spots such as Nine falls One line heaven, Five Colored Falls, Leopard Shouting Springs, Burying Stone Forest and Rhododendron Forest and so on, the most outstanding one is “Grand Flying Water Falls”. On the gorges in Shuanghe county, the springs fall down for about 360 meters from the waist of the Baique mountain which is 1400 meters high. the sound is like thunder, which makes us to recall a famous sentence “ the milky way is falling for nine days ”. when in the sunny days , the falls and the rainbow are mixed together, such a beautiful scene.

Another scenic spot is “Ying Yang Border”, in the Baisha Gang. It is a mountain as well as a watershed with two total different climates. It is sunny on the one side and cloudy on the other side. When you climb at different heights, you can enjoy different sceneries of the four seasons. At the height of 13oo meters to 2100 meters, there are green trees and beautiful flowers. Above 3200 meters, it is snow-capped. The Red Stone peak at 3312 meters is a natural view flat, you can see the stretching grand snow mountains westward, you can see the miracle “the sun shines the golden mountain’ when the sun rises. When you see to the east, there is the flat Chengdu basin.

Huashui Bay is surrounded by mountains with green mountains , warm winter and cool summer and pleasant climate. It is a hot spring scenic area with tourism, sightseeing, health treatment, resort, leisure, meeting, exploration, recreation hot spring scenic area. It was formed in the Sichuan basin land and sea changing times, excavated from 2800 meters underneath with the temperature of the hot spring of 68centigrade. It contains Sulfur, iodine, lithium, Partial acid and Sodium chloride rare minerals, all of which are of high medical treatment values. Through the detection of the health sector, the hot spring has reached the standards of the compound medical and treatment hot springs both in domestic and abroad.
