It
is located at the second of Jinsha Relics Road west of Chengdu, a relics
museum which was listed as the sixth series of Cultural Relics of National
Importance under the Protection of the State by the state council. Chengdu
Jinsha relics museum is the public institutions affiliated by the Chengdu
Culture Bureau.
Jinsha Relics Museum was built on the basis of the Jinsha relics which
was discovered in Feb, 2001, with an area of 456 Mu and building area
38000 square meters. It is comprised by Relics hall, exhibition hall,
protection center of cultural relics , ecological environmental forest,
tourist receiving center and so on. The relics museum is mainly by protecting
and exhibiting the live original ecologies.
On the one hand, visitors can feel the magnificent worship and exquisite
relics of former ancient Shu Kingdom 3000 years ago; on the other hand,
you can also watch nearly to the process of excavation. The museum reappears
the ecological and living environment as well as the worship styles. It
also displays the history of the origin, development, evolution of the
ancient Shu dynasty. The thousands of exquisite relics excavated here
were so beautiful and exquisite with superb skills that make the visitors
admire the creation and the superb skills of the ancient ancestors. The
symbol of the Chinese cultural heritage is “Jinsha Holy Bird” which is
the combination of the ancestors’ philosophy, rich imagination, excellent
art creation and superb skills.
There are academic report center and 4D cinema with Jinsha cultural related
performances and activities all year around. The rest area of the museum
is mainly ecological environmental forest, highlighting nature, wildness
and beautiful environment. There are also “Holy Bird sculpture ”,” west
hill”, “the road of jade” and “ebony forest ”, all there cultural sceneries
in the museum, which is the combination of the modern civilization and
ancient Shu dynasty civilization, museum and ecological environment relics
museum.
