Itinerary
Day 1 Chengdu- Ya’an- Kangding
Morning depart from Chengdu, en route Ya’an, Er’langshan tunnel (the longest tunnel in China, with a total distance of 4172 meters), Luding, then arrive in Kangding. Overnight in Kangding.
Day 2 Kangding- Mogetso Lake- Kangding
After breakfast, head to Mogetso scenic area. Mogetso scenic area is located in the northeast of Kangding County, 2900-3800 meters above sea level, with an area of 500 square meters. Mogetso Lake is also called Yeren Lake, including Azalea gorge, Saimaping, Seven Color Lake, forest, hot spring, snow mountains, waterfalls etc. Overnight in Kangding.
Day 3 Kangding- Tagong- Danba
After breakfast, depart from Kangding to Danba via Tagong grassland, en route you can enjoy the splendid scenery of Yala Snow Mountain. In the afternoon, arrive in Danba, visiting Jiarong Tibetan village with distinctive Tibetan features, and ancient blockhouses. In the evening, arrive in Rilong Town. Overnight in Rilong Town.
Day 4 Mt.Siguniang- Shuangqiao Valley- Changping Valley
After breakfast, take sightseeing bus to Changping Valley. In this valley, visitors can ride horse or hike through virgin forest, across stream and enjoying snow mountains in the distance (horse-riding cost excluded). You may visit Withered-trees (Kushu) Shoal, Tangfan ancient path, Leiguyan, Er’daoping, virgin forest etc. In the afternoon, take bus to Shuangqiao Valley, you may visit Yinyang Valley, Five Colors Mountain, Sun-Moon Mirror Mountain, Shaji woods plank road, Yeren Mountain etc. Overnight in Rilong Town.
Day 5 Rilong Town- Wolong- Chengdu
After breakfast, head to Balang Mountain, you may enjoy sea of flowers and sea of clouds. Then back to Chengdu via Wolong. The tour ends.
